What we offer
Outdoor work done properly
A tired driveway, worn paving, or an outdated patio can drag the whole place down, and that's where we come in. We started Gold Spec Construction Ltd to give you a simple way to improve your outside space, with honest advice, solid workmanship, and no fuss.
With many years of combined experience behind us, we know that good groundwork matters just as much as the finished look. Whether you're looking for a new driveway, block paving or complete garden transformation, we keep everything clear from the start with no-obligation quotes, practical recommendations, and work that lasts.
Making outdoor projects easier
Your outside space shouldn't feel like another job staring back at you every time you get home. We handle everything from turfing and fencing to patios, paving, driveway cleaning, drainage, and resin surfaces, so Gold Spec Construction Ltd can transform rough ground into a useful, tidy space built for real life.
If you're in Sheffield, Chesterfield, Worksop, Rotherham, or any other surrounding areas and want guidance as well as the work, we stay involved at every stage and help you choose what fits your budget and plans. We're also proud to support Halfway Juniors, because local work should still feel local.

EXCELLENT
Mr Wasp
I started with a blank canvas and designed how I wanted it to look. The Gold Spec lads did both the front path and back garden and it looks fantastic. It wasn't a straightforward shape and they suggested details that made the porcelain paving and edging stone look even better. Everyone who has seen it has been very impressed. I'd highly recommend.

We’re so happy with our garden – it’s been completely transformed and looks even better than we imagined! The whole team were brilliant from start to finish. They were friendly, reliable, worked incredibly hard, and kept everything tidy throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and they really listened to what we wanted while giving us great ideas along the way. The attention to detail and quality of the work is amazing, and you can tell they genuinely care about doing a great job. We honestly love spending time out there now, and we’ve had so many compliments already. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to transform their garden. Thanks so much for all your hard work – we absolutely love it!

We have completed 2 self builds for our family. Jackson and his team completed all the groundwork for both houses. We were impressed with the craftsmanship and knowledge of the team. Suggestions were made to improve our initial design ideas, we took these on board and were very happy with the outcome. The workmanship, attention to detail shows in the finished work. The team completed two driveways with porcelain patios to the front and rear of the gardens. These are curved patios, with multiple porcelain slabs cut with curved edges. The workmanship to achieve such a perfect finish shows in the completed finish. Thanks for your craftsmanship in helping us complete our forever homes.
